1.            Berries

Whether you prefer cranberries or blueberries, all types of berries are considered super foods in the anti-aging process! These delicious finger-food are packed with antioxidants and rich in vitamins C, which helps repair damaged body tissues.


2.            Dark Chocolate

Time to indulge a little! Studies have shown that when eating dark chocolate in moderation, they can increase skin circulation and improve the ability to retain moisture.


3.            Protein-rich foods
